# Rhodia scRipt turns ten in Blue Jeans and Magenta

[Rhodia](https://rhodiapads.com/?ref=news.knockology.com)’s [scRipt](https://rhodiapads.com/?ref=news.knockology.com) turns ten with two limited colors at once: **Blue Jeans and Magenta**. Both come as mechanical pencils and ballpoints, with Japanese release scheduled for **September 11, 2026**, at **¥2,970 including tax per instrument**.

Quo Vadis Japan’s [August 28 announcement](https://prtimes.jp/main/html/rd/p/000000009.000177284.html?ref=news.knockology.com) calls this the series’ first simultaneous two-color limited release. It follows a turquoise reissue in May, another part of the anniversary program for the range introduced in 2016.

## Two colors, two writing systems

Both instruments have hexagonal aluminum bodies with a hairline finish, approximately **128 mm long and 9 mm in diameter**. The clip carries a JAPAN MADE inscription. The writing specification and weight distinguish the versions:

Blue Jeans is the denim-blue option; Magenta is the muted pink. The matching bodies make the pencil and ballpoint a natural visual pair, but each is a separate ¥2,970 purchase.

The distributor describes the colors as quantity-limited without publishing a production total. Its notice announces a palette extension, with no new mechanism specified.
